Membership Criteria
- Provider of professional service to businesses—selling to the owner/executive level.
- High level of professional competence and integrity.
- Added value for our customers and for the group (synergistic).
- Proven capability, track record.
- Established business; committed entrepreneur (not between jobs).
- Ability to provide practical, rather than theoretical solutions.
- Ability to interact with the chief executive, or other senior level executives.
- Specific disciplines will be targeted and actively recruited to strengthen the group.
- Regular attendance is expected.
- No direct competition with current members.

Market Served
- Typical client profile is small to mid-sized business organizations, (companies with at least $5 million in annual sales and 35-50 employees). On occasion, some ERG members will work with smaller companies, and some with very large corporations.
