professional development and service to clients.

Membership Criteria

  • Provider of professional service to businesses—selling to the owner/executive level.
  • High level of professional competence and integrity.
  • Added value for our customers and for the group (synergistic).
  • Proven capability, track record.
  • Established business; committed entrepreneur (not between jobs).
  • Ability to provide practical, rather than theoretical solutions.
  • Ability to interact with the chief executive, or other senior level executives.
  • Specific disciplines will be targeted and actively recruited to strengthen the group.
  • Regular attendance is expected.
  • No direct competition with current members.

  • Typical client profile is small to mid-sized business organizations, (companies with at least $5 million in annual sales and 35-50 employees). On occasion, some ERG members will work with smaller companies, and some with very large corporations.
