Kelly answers employers’ benefits questions and makes complex employee benefits regulations easy to understand and navigate. 

• Assists employers with retirement, health plan, and executive compensation design, implementation, administration and compliance.  
• Advises on TPA issues, COBRA, HIPAA, Wellness, Flex, and voluntary plans. 
• Represents employers before the IRS and Department of Labor under voluntary plan correction programs and upon audit.

Originally from Southern Indiana, Kelly worked and studied in Germany and Washington, DC before settling down in Milwaukee, where she lives with her family. 

Fluent in German, she has also assisted clients with German patent, corporate, family, and estate law matters and related translation.
